Agriculture in Peru has distinctive characteristics due to its ecological and socioeconomic diversity, making it unique within Latin America. The country features numerous microclimates, from the irrigated coast, where technologically advanced agriculture coexists with small-scale farming, to the Andes mountain range, which spans the nation and contains numerous inter-Andean valleys and plateaus extending over 5,000 metres above sea level. Additionally, the Peruvian jungle is characterized by the extensive and productive diversity typical of the Amazon.

Reforestation

Giving back to the forest what it gives us is at the heart of our reforestation efforts. While our sustainability plan focuses on organic and regenerative agriculture, we recognize that the most crucial element in caring for the environment and ecology is people. With the support of producers, schools, and staff, we have already conducted two reforestation initiatives, resulting in the planting of 5,700 trees.
